Questions, answered
Do I really not need to download an app?
No. FluencyPilot runs in your browser; if you like, two taps add it to your home screen and it opens just like an app. No App Store or Google Play, no updates to install.
Is it free?
You start free. The free plan is enough for regular practice; for serious progress there is a full-access Pro plan. No credit card needed to start.
Can a complete beginner use it?
Yes. Beginner lessons are guided in your own language: you first listen and repeat, then build your own sentences as you get ready. The coach slows down or speeds up to match your level.
What happens to my voice recordings?
Your voice is processed over an encrypted connection only for transcription and feedback; it is never sold or used to train AI models. Raw audio is deleted after analysis; contracted service providers and retention details are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Which devices does it work on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser — Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. All you need is a microphone.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. The Kids profile uses age-appropriate visual stories, short speaking tasks and simple feedback in an experience separated from adult content.
What if I deny microphone access?
When the app cannot detect your voice it opens help for your device. If browser permission is not enough, it shows how to enable microphone access in iOS or Android settings step by step.
